Skin Illustrator Alcohol-Based Activator In Three Volumes

This alcohol-based activator calls for a quick little spray onto the palette to make the color ready to be applied with a brush or makeup sponge. Since it’s alcohol-based the Activator evaporates out of the makeup shortly after application. This leaves behind a semi-permanent makeup effect that will last for hours upon hours without changing.
