At Abracadabra, we want you to be spellbound by your purchase; if your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all magical garment tags and protective liners are still intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Ship and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
